Die Camera

Located in the west of Cologne city centre. Die Camera was opened on 28th August 1954 and was designed by architect Heinz Ingerfeld. At the end of the 1960’s it went over to screening adult porno films and closed as a sex cinema in 1994.

The building has been demolished and in 2001 a building designed by British architect Sir Norman Foster was built on the site.
