Located on Highway 45 in Prichard, near Mobile, AL. The Drive-In was opened by 1948 when it was operated by E.V. Richards Jr. of Paramount-Richards Theatres. By 1949 it was operated by Paramount Gulf Theatres Ct. It was still open in 1952, but had closed by 1955. It had been demolished by 1967.

Found it! The drive-in was located at 2020 St Stephens Rd, Prichard, AL. It appears in the 1952 aerial, but was closed and demolished before 1967. Currently, the land is occupied by a housing edition and local businesses without a trace of the drive-in remaining. http://tinyurl.com/hol47e6
This may have also been know as The Oasis.
Got a name, it was apparently called the “Savoy 45 Drive-In” which makes sense because the road its on is or was part of US-45.
