Located in Tralee, County Kerry. The Picturedrome was opened at the end of February 1914. Around 1929 it was equipped with a Western Electric(WE) sound system. Across the front of the façade there was a painted sign stating ‘The World In Motion’.
The Picturedrome was closed in December 1994, by which time it was a 3-screen cinema. It was demolished in May 1995. The front of the building has since been converted into O'Mahoney’s Bookstore.

Picturedrome was open by October 1916 when The Miser’s Gift was shown. Looks like the auditorium at the back is now a hostel.
Further information, the Picturedrome opened end of February 1914. Notably run by Patrick Coffey but from about 1960 by Mrs Gillooly. It is said to have closed in the 1990s.
Yet more information. Closed in December 1994 when the new Omniplex opened and was demolished in May 1995. Sounds like it was owned by Ward Anderson from mid-1970s. A newspaper report stated it consisted of three “theatres”.
