Located in East Devonport. The Starlight Drive-In opened on 7th November 1958 with Debbie Reynolds in “This Happy Feeling”. It was owned and operated by Star Theatres Pty. Ltd. It was closed on 22nd February 1984 with John Travolta in “Saturday Night Fever” and John Travolta in “Staying Alive”. The site is now a mobile home park.

The caravan park is called Discovery Holiday Parks – East Devonport.
Opened on 7/11/1958 with “This happy feeling”. Closed on 22/2/1984 “Saturday night fever” and “Staying alive”. 500 cars. Operaters, Star Theatre P/L, Tasmanian Drive-in Theatres(Village). Opening night projectionost was Kevin Tevlin and assistant was Denis Anderson. Closing night projectionost was Denis Anderson.
