Flavel Centre

Located in Dartmouth, Devon, The Flavel is the commonly used name of the Flavel Centre Trust, a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. The Flavel Centre Trust owns and manages the freehold land and buildings in which The Flavel operates.

The wide variety of community activities include live shows and regular film screenings.

These take place in the Main Hall, which has professional lighting, a full PA system with mikes, a laptop and projector linked to a digital cinema screen, lecterns and raked seating. The seats can be retracted to provide a large space for parties, dinners or dancing.

The other two principal spaces are The Studio, which seats up to 40 and is ideal for children’s parties, talks, staff training, workshops, classes, and the like, and The Green Room, best suited to small groups, interviews or one-to-one sessions, which seats 10 people.
