The Met-N-Mov Drive-In was opened on June 23, 1941 with John Howard in “Tight Shoes”. By 1952 it was operated by Steve Stein. It was still named Met-N-Mov Drive-In in 1957, but was later renamed Skyvue Drive-In and closed in 1988.

This opened on June 23rd, 1941 as Met-N-Mo-V Drive-In. Grand opening ad in the photo section and below.

Changed its name to Skyvue Drive-In on November 27th, 1956. an ad can be found in the photo section.
By the 1970’s, this drive-in was showing adult movies, while the Jaxon and Jaxon South drive-ins were showing more mainstream movies. It was located in what was pretty much a rural area, and the screen faced away from the highway, which I guess made it ideal for adult movies. It was open at least through the late 70’s or early 80’s.
Opened On June 23, 1941 With “Tight Shoes” Along With A Few Short Subjects.
Closed 1988 or stopped placing ads.
