Opened as Mirror Theatre, August 28, 1911 at the southeast corner of 3rd Avenue and C Street, next to the Grant Hotel. Later Majestic Theatre [1914], Grant Theatre [1914] and finally Superba Theatre [1915]. Demolished in 1930. It was owned by Bush Theaters Inc.

In 1920 the Superba Theatre had an address of 301 C Street.
The theater was actually on the Southeast corner of 3rd and C Streets, where the US Grant Hotel valet driveway/parking garage now is. You can see the back of the huge Grant Hotel in the historic photographs.
