The photo Nessa found (clickable link) definitely show the same building in the photos at the web site I linked to earlier, but the movie poster in front of the theater features Florence Vidor, a star of the silent era. The cars in the photo also date from the 1920s, so it’s clear the Rialto was in operation earlier than we’d thought.
WVU Libraries have this picture of the “theatre and amusement hall” in Scarbro.

A couple of the photos on tis web page show the Rialto Theatre in Scarbro. It looks like the theater was on the second floor with stores below. The building also looks to be older than the company store next door, which was built in 1937.
The company store is still standing, but the theater has been demolished. The theater fronted on Plum Orchard Lake Road at the corner of Scarbro Road.
