The Airport Drive-In opened on July 3, 1949 with Dana Andrews in “Desert Legion” & Rod Cameron in “Fort Osage”. By 1955 it was operated by Joe Granato & Charles Flang. Listed as the only drive-in theatre in Cortland in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1960. It was closed in 1982.

Found it! The drive-in was located at 830 New York 222, Cortland, NY. While the drive-in is long gone, you can still see the ramps and outline clearly. http://tinyurl.com/nodxq9q
Opened on 3/7/1949 with “Desert legion” and “Fort Osage”.
Closed in 1986.
