Federal Theatre and Gardens

Located on the west side of Tower Street, one block south of Forrest Street. Federal Hall and Gardens opened in March 1901 with seating provided for 200 in the hall and 200 in the gardens. It was closed in 1960 when the Satellite Drive-In opened. Federal Theatre and Gardens is now the Leonora Community Resource Centre(formally Leonora Telecentre). No longer screens films(?).

Tower Street is also known as the Goldfields Highway.
