200 seats(hall), 400 seats(gardens)(1930’s to 1950), 300 seats(Hall), 420 seats(gardens(1951 to 1958), 320 seats(hall), 450 seats(gardens)(1959 to 1961).

The site of the hall is now a real estate office(Davey Real Estate). The gardens site is the block of Units(Ocean View) next door.
