Located on the southwest corner of Angelo Street and Coode Street. The Gaiety Theatre opened on 2nd February 1927 with “Silence”. The Gaiety Theatre closed on 2nd July 1960 and converted in shops and offices. The theatre building was demolished in April 1980. A National Australia Bank was built on the site and by 2024 that building was in use as a dentist and a dry cleaners.

The building(no longer a bank) is now a dentist (My Implant Dentist) and a drycleanerd(Top Hat Drycleaners).
