Hoyts 8

The Hoyts 8 was opened 28th June 1990. It was closed in October 1999 when the Carousel Megaplex opened on the top floor of Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre. The Hoyts 8 was demolished to be replaced by parking spaces for the shopping centre.

9 screens. Cinema 1 – 298 seats, cinema 2 – 396, cinema 3 – 225, cinema 4 – 296, cinema 5 – 296, cinema 6 – 225, cinema 7 – 396, cinema 8 – 298, and cinema 9(IMAX) – 350 seats.
