Closed in 1972 and reopened in 1973. Operated by Clarence(Paddy) Baker(1965 to 1972). Operated from 1973 to 1981 by Clarence(Paddy) Baker and Johm Marsden. Screen removed in 1987.
Both gates and some fences are still there. The ticket box and entrance and exit roads and some ramps are still there too.
The KTY Drive-in also had sit-in deckchairs for walk in patrons(number of deckchairs unknown?).
The screen and ramps may still there? Unknowm about the ticket booth? The speaker poles and speakers are gone.
The KTY Drive-in open(first time) on 23/4/1965 with “Big Red(Walt Disney Film)” and “Tarzan’s fight for life”.
The gate(or gates?) And possibly the fences are still there.
The Trayning Drive-in was opened by the Hon. George Cornell MLA.
