Marmion Drive-In

The Marmion Drive-In opened on 30th January 1975 with “Papillon”. The drive-in closed in 1984. The site is now Seacrest retirement village and 2 shops, BWS Liquor store and Chopin Patisserie. The entrance was off the southwest corner of Harmon Road(then a cul-de-sac) to the left(where the shops are), to the right was a bmx track(now houses). The drive-in was called Marmion because it was on Marmion Avenue, Marmion(before that part of Marmion was renamed Sorrento).
