Located in Newport, Shropshire. The Town Hall was screening films by 1907. By 1934 it had been named the Picture House, and had been equipped with a Western Electric(WE) sound system. It had a 20 feet wide proscenium and a 10 feet deep stage. It was operated by Wright’s Picture House (Newport) Ltd.
