Studio Movie Grill Rocklin

Studio Movie Grill opened with four screens on the evening of December 15, 2014, presenting “Exodus: Gods and Kings". The next evening two more screens opened for “The Hobbit". Finally, on Friday all nine screens were running, with many showings in the 100-seat auditoriums sold out ahead of time. The theater was SMG’s first in California and 19th in the chain and it was noted that it would create 185 jobs.

Next up for Studio Move Grill in California is Simi Valley, due in 2015.
