The Jerry Lewis Cinema was opened on June 23, 1972. Located in the Applewood Shopping Center on Sandifer Boulevard at Wells Highway. In 1973 it was renamed Cinema-Seneca.

Launched June 23, 1972 as a Jerry Lewis Cinemas. Became Cinema-Seneca in 1973 after the Lewis Chain went bankrupt.

In December 1973, the Cinema-Seneca was renamed Cinema II, though retaining as a single-screener. During the late-1970s, it was renamed the Keowee Cinema. It was still open into as late as 1986, though I cannot find the exact closing date.
