The December 6, 1924 issue of Exhibitors Trade Review mentions a house called the Victory Theatre in Stover. That’s the only mention of a theater in Stover that I’ve found in the trade publications.

Status should be closed. No activity on their Facebook page since 2013 or anywhere else on the internet. Phone goes unanswered.

The ‘Bank Hall’ could have been the bank at the SE corner of Stover and 2nd. The 1916 Sanborn shows it having a hall on the second floor, which had a stage and scenery. Building is still there, with a really nasty modern fa├žade.
