Located in Billingham-on-Tees, Cleveland. The Forum Theatre is part of the Forum Leisure Centre which was built in 1967, and the theatre opened in 1968. It was designed by architectural firm Elder & Lester, assisted by theatre consultant Michael Warre. Seating is provided on three levels. Over the years, as well as its main use as a live theatre, it has had some cinema use.
