Opened as the Lyric Theatre on March 12, 1927. It was renamed the Ford Theatre in 1931 and closed in 1935. The theatre was remodeled and reopened on November 11, 1941 as the Ritz Theatre seating 319. The Ritz Theatre was open into at least the late-1950’s.

Reopened as Ritz on November 11th, 1941. Grand opening ads posted.

The Lyric Theatre opened on March 12, 1927. It was originally supposed to open a week earlier but delayed due to shipping delay on seats.
