The Princess Theatre opened on November 9, 1908. The proprietor was Raymond Harvey. The Princess Theatre was a short lived theatre which closed on October 24, 1909.
In January 1910 it was converted into a florist store.

This building has been demolished. A two story office building built in the 1990s occupies the site today.
November 9, 1908 grand opening ad for the Princess Theatre is in photos. It closed after showtimes on October 24, 1909. In January of 1910, it was retrofitted for a florist.
