The Star Theatre is listed in a 1912 Oshkosh, Wisconsin business directory at 1121 Oregon Street. The Star Theatre is also listed in the 1956 Film Daily Yearbook with 250 seats at 1119 Oregon Street. There were plans to reopen the theatre presenting classic movies, but these came to nothing. It is now used as an antique store.

This building has NOT been demolished. It still exists and is currently used as an antique store. There were plans to reopen and show old silent era films, but this has not happened
