Located on 10th Street, between Broadway & Washington Street. The Columbia Theatre was opened in July 1907. It was the first theatre to be managed by Isadore Coleman Levey. He went on to manage a number of theatres in the bay area, and organized (as a theatrical agent) for vaudeville shows in collaboration with his son Bert Levey (Levey Circuit of Independent Vaudeville Theatres.

The Columbia Theatre was closed in 1921.
