This sign was on the Zimmerman Building which was to the left of the Nixon Theatre across the famous (now gone) Ogle Way which intersected Liberty Ave., where the (New) Nixon once stood. Today on the site of the former Nixon and Zimmerman Bldg. stands the August Wilson Center for African American Culture. The AWC also has a beautiful theatre within it.
