Novembre 24, 1972 Nick Palemo renomme La Québécoise 3 et a commencé à montrer des films pour adultes. Films pour enfants ont été présentés les après-midi de week-end, le théâtre répertorié comme Monaco. L'entrée est déplacée vers 5802 Boulevard Monk
1982 fermée et démolie pour un immeuble d'habitation

- September 7, 1922 opened as Century Theatre at 5801 Rue Briand. It was owned by Standard Amusements, which leased it to the Quebec board of censors from time to time.

- September 14, 1963 reopened as Monaco Theatre by Ivanhoe Ruel.
- On November 24, 1972 Nick Palemo renames it La Québécoise 3 and started to show adult movies. Movies for kids were shown on weekend afternoons, theatre listed as Monaco Theatre. The entrance is moved to 5802 Boulevard Monk.
- 1982 closed and demolished for an apartment building.
