  • September 7, 1922 opened as Century Theatre at 5801 Rue Briand. It was owned by Standard Amusements, which leased it to the Quebec board of censors from time to time.
  • End of 1962 closed
  • September 14, 1963 reopened as Monaco Theatre by Ivanhoe Ruel.
  • On November 24, 1972 Nick Palemo renames it La Québécoise 3 and started to show adult movies. Movies for kids were shown on weekend afternoons, theatre listed as Monaco Theatre. The entrance is moved to 5802 Boulevard Monk.
  • 1982 closed and demolished for an apartment building.
