Cinemas Guzzo closes all its cinemas on orders of the bankruptcy court.
Radio Canada report:
This cinema’s opening films in 1990 include “Ding et Dong: Le Film,” “La Recrue” (French version of The Rookie), “Jeu d'Enfant 2” (French version of Child’s Play 2), “Le Prince Casse-Noisette” (French version of The Nutcracker Prince), “L'Exorciste III” (French version of The Exorcist III), “Vincent et Moi,” “Mon Fantôme d'Amour” (French version of Ghost), and “Trois Hommes et une Jeune Demoiselle” (French version of Three Men and a Little Lady). When it was expanded to 14 screens on December 21, 2001, its opening films include “Harry Potter à l’École des Sorciers” (French version of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone), “Jimmy Neutron: Un Garçon Génial” (French version of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius), “Joe Quelqu’un” (French version of Joe Somebody), “L’Inconnu de Las Vegas” (French version of Ocean’s Eleven), “Le Majestic” (French version of The Majestic), “Le Seigneur des Anneaux: La Communauté de l’Anneaux” (French version of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring), Les Boys III, “Monstres, Inc.,” “Pas Encore un Film d’Ados” (French version of Not Another Teen Movie), and “Un Ciel Couleur Vanille” (French version of Vanilla Sky).
