This was opened on October 5, 1973 by 20th Century Theatres. It was taken over by Famous Players in 1980 and closed in 1997 when the nearby Coliseum opened. It had four screens with 1,425 seats in all.

Why are the pictures of the theater itself in low quality
20th Century Theatres opened this cinema on October 5, 1973, 2ith The Pyx, Paper Moon, I Could Never Have Sex With Any Man Who Has So Little Regard For My Husband, and Electra Glide in Blue.
Added a photo of the mall floor plan from 1973 that shows the layout of the theatre.
This cinema’s final movies on May 15, 1997 include Warriors of Virtue (digital), Murder at 1600 (digital), Romy & Michelle’s High School Reunion, Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (digital), and The Fifth Element. The last three films moved the nearby Coliseum the next day.
