Yes, if you look at the opening ad, it says Southdown Rd. The map shows the location of South Common Mall which also had a Cineplex theatre at one time.

Erin Mills wasn’t officially a place until 1971 so it is possible that Erin Mills Parkway was still called Southdown Road at that time.

The map view is wrong on this cinema. It was at the Sheridan Mall on Erin Mills Pkwy, just north of the QEW
