Grand 12

The Grand 12 was opened on December 13, 2002 by Southern Theatres. It sustained heavy damage from Hurricane Katrina in August 2005 and never reopened. It was demolished in late-June 2019.

Though boarded up and in disrepair, the building is still standing as of January, 2014.

Saw an article on Facebook that there was a fire here over the weekend that damaged the roof of one theatre
