Sundown Drive-In

The Sundown Drive-In opened in June of 1950. This small drive-in had a car capacity of 195 and was owned and operated by African-American’s Rounder L. Ledwell & Clarence L. Fuller. They closed the Sundown Drive-In at the end of the 1966 season, two years after segregation officially ended. It was operated by Queen City Booking.
