Regal Cinemas was closed and was slated to be torn down to make way for a Walmart expansion which ended up being cancelled. The building has not been demolished and still stands to date. It was a 10 screen first run theatre owned by the Regal Entertainment Group. On October 24, 1997 it was taken over by Hoyts Theatres and renamed Falmouth Cinema 10
By 2016 it had been taken over by Flagship Cinemas and reopened as Flagship Premium Cinemas Falmouth on July 13, 2016.

Opened with little fanfare as Flagship cinemas on December 8th, 1995.
