Single screen theater inside a brick faced building with an old hotel on the top floor. Located near the waterfront. The Rainier Theatre was opened prior to 1941, and continued until at least 1950.

The false front of Rainier Appliance hides the theater entrance and boxoffice. I was told by the people operating the appliance store that the theater operated up until late 1979.
