Located in the Washington Heights area of upper Manhattan. The Palace Annex Theatre was opened prior to 1914. It was demolished in 1928.

robboehm; It was an annex to the nearby Palace Theatre, which is listed on Cinema Treasures as the Bridge Theatre.

The Palace Annex may have opened as the St. Nick.
