The Sikeston Drive-In Theatre opened on July 23, 1949 with Randolph Scott in “Frontier Marshal”. The parking ramp could hold 450 cars and was competed at a cost of $125,000.00. It was operated by O.W. McCutcheon who also owned the Malone Theatre in Sikeston. I believe it closed in the mid-1960’s.
