The Star Theatre was an early nickelodeon with a cast-iron front that operated between 1910 and 1914. It was renamed the Cozy Theatre in about 1915.
By 1917 the new Butterfly Theatre one block north had replaced it, and there is evidence the theatres' had the same management. The building survives in 2013.
