The Riverview Drive-In was opened on August 16, 1950 with Dick Powell in “Station West” & John Wayne in “Tycoon”. It was operated by Harry Lamont. By 1957 it was operated by Liggett-Florin Booking Service. This single screen drive-in was located right on the riverside, adjacent to the steel frame bridge. My brother remembers this one.
It closed in 1977, now a housing development. Visited the sight some years back but all I could find in a back corner was some painted concrete block pieces maybe remnants of the concession stand.

Address is now 105 Ulrich Dr, Rotterdam Junction, NY 12150.
The area is private property with a house that sits near where the concession/projection booth once stood. There is no trace of the drive-in left. http://tinyurl.com/qeycg75
A more accurate address for this theater would be 11 Bridge St, Rotterdam Junction, NY 12150. This points directly to the exit road. Ulrich Dr. is actually where the entrance road stood.
Please update.
Opened on 16/8/1950 with “Station west” and “Tycoon”. Closed in 1977.
