Boxoffice, March 10, 1958: “Saffle’s Theatre Service is now doing the buying and booking for the Liberty and Capital, Yakima, and the Tower Drive-In, Union Gap. Formerly Junior Mercy interests, they were sold to Jensen interests and are now being operated by United Theatres out of Portland”
Now Sea Gallery and Panera behind the Valley Mall @ 25 E Valley Mall Blvd, Union Gap, WA 98903. Rudkin was the back of the theatre.

Boxoffice, April 24, 1948: “YAKIMA, WASH. — The 800-car drive-in theatre built by the Mercy theatre interests on south First street is expected to open May 1. The ozoner will have a screen 50x56 feet, mounted on a 70-foot tower, and is equipped with in-car speakers, according to Frederick Mercy jr.”
