One of the few movie theaters in Carroll County, MD, this 9-screen Regal is located within Westminster’s Town Mall and features all modern goodies one would expect. Not sure about how clean it is, considering how long ago it was built.
It was opened with 6-screens by Hoyts on February 26, 1988. On November 18, 1994 it was expanded to 9-screens. In the early-2000’s it was taken over by Regal. In 2018 it was taken over by R/C Theatres.
