The Wonderland 6 opened on August 8, 1986 and operated by Nicholas George Theatres. Seating capacity was listed at 1,500. It was later under the AMC banner and closed in 2003. It has since been demolished and a Wal Mart store is now where the theatre once stood.

The theater and the Wonderland Mall were in Livonia, not Labak, Michigan. There was an earlier theater at Wonderland in a different location at the mall; this one was built as part of the Wonderland Mall expansion in a space formerly occupied by a large restaurant. The Mall is essentially demolished; the Target at the Mall’s location is the only building that contains any part of the Mall’s physical plant.
There is a picture of the exterior of the theater (its entrance was inside the Mall) and additional information on this webpage.
Yes, there were two theaters at Wonderland Mall, in Livonia, Michigan. Both were operated by AMC. The first was removed to make way for a Target store and a new theater was built behind Target. The only entrance was inside the mall. It closed not long before the entire mall finally closed. Target was the only store to remain open. A new Target was built on the east end of the property and when it was finished the entire mall was torn down and a Wal-Mart Supercenter built on the site. No new theater has been built there, though there was talk of that, and there is space, next to where a former Kmart store once existed to the west of Wal-Mart.
Opened on August 8, 1986 by Nicholas George Theatres.
