Picture Playhouse

Located in the east Birmingham suburb of Acocks Green, at the corner of Warwick Road and Station Road. The Picture Playhouse was opened in 1913.

It was closed in 1929 with John Gilbert in “Man, Woman and Sin”, and was never equipped to show sound films.

Today a large office block named Arden House stands on the site.
