Operated by Famous Players, this neighborhood theatre was opened on October 5, 1925 with Marion Davies in “Zander the Great”. It was closed in 1959. Retail operations now occupy the site.

The Kerrisdale Theatre building is still standing, but it was converted for retail use.
According to its caption, this photo of the Kerrisdale Theatre was taken in 1927. This photo is of the organ that was once installed at the Kerrisdale.
This opened on October 5th, 1925. Grand opening ad posted.
