This movie theater is more properly name Gran Theater to difference it from the Gran Cinema, located in 10 de Octubre # 1372.
It was build in the year of 1946 and it’s peculiar detail is that do not have windows in the exterior side walls. Actual use as offices, with a shop located in the foyer.
