Located in the Vedado district of the city centre, on Calle 15 at Calle 14. The Cine Ambar was still open in 1958. By 2016 it was in use as an artist’s studio.

Now an artist’s studio
My father used to own this theater in Habana and Aida in Pinal del Rio, as a child I used to spend a lot of time in the Ambar after school and the park across the street, if anybody has any old pics of the Ambar, please send them to me, they will be great memories.
