Please update, rename to Showcase Cinema de Lux Woburn, total screens is 14 and total seats 888

@ridethectrain Just a correction to your correction & some clarification: Stadium seating was not installed until much later, I believe in 2014 when they installed the big recliner chairs. The new addition to the original building is the west wing, which houses auditoriums 12-14 and is perpendicular to the original building. The original 4 large auditoriums were subdivided into auditoriums 1-11. Auditoriums 1, 2, 6 & 7 used to be auditorium 1. Auditoriums 3, 8 & 9 used to be auditorium 2. Auditoriums 4 & 10 used to be auditorium 3, and auditoriums 5 & 11 used to be auditorium 4. 1997 is about when they installed the big new lobby, carpeting and paint, but nothing structural about the auditoriums was changed at that time. Source: me, I worked there from 1997-2002.

Theatre expanded to 5 screens on November 12, 1976, 6 screens on December 19, 1980, 7 screens on June 17, 1983, 8 screens on December 9, 1983, 10 screens on May 17, 1991, 13 screens on December 23m 1994 and a 14th screen sometime in 1995-1996. On Dcember 17, 1997 all screens were stadium seating. A new building was constructed to for the 6 extra screens and some were split in half, a common Summer Redstone practice in the 1980’s

Opened as a quad under the name “Showcase Cinemas 1-2-3-4”.
