Garrick Theatre

Originally the Grand Opera House. It became the Garrick Theatre on December 27, 1909. It was located at 121-127 Canal Street until the street was renamed and buildings were renumbered in 1912. The Theatre was re-designated 341 Monroe Avenue NW. It was apparently demolished between 1912 and 1919, because it was no longer listed in the city directory. It is now the site of DeVos Place.
