Opened by Commonwealth Theatres in 1982 with 2 screens. In the early-2000’s, 2 more screens were added. Equipped with digital surround sound. In 2017 a fifth screen was added. By 2018 the seating capacity had been reduced to 515 with the installation of recliner seats.

This was opened by Crown Cinema Corp. Later sold to Wallace Theatres – Hollywood Theatres and in 2013 sold to Regal Entertainment Group.
On the Regal website this is listed as the Regal Forum 4.
Regal has added onto the building and installed recliners in all theatres. It is now a 5-screen.

Actually, Commonwealth Theatres opened the Forum Cinemas in the early-1980s and yes it started life as a twin. United Artists operated the Forum after Commonwealth folded into UA in 1988 before being taken over by Crown Theaters in 1990.
Update: Commonwealth opened the Forum Cinemas in 1982.
