Approx. address for this drive-in was 500 Union Road.
jwmovies is right about the address. You can also use Union Road and 500 Ave, Herington, KS. The drive-in sat on the NE corner of the intersection. By 1971, the drive-in was demolished.
Today, it appears to be private property with little remaining save for the faint outline and what may be the foundation of the concession stand/projector booth.

Boxoffice, June 6, 1953: “The new 288-car Rocket Drive-In has been opened by C. L. McVey of Los Angeles.”
The Rocket Drive-In opened its gates on April 10, 1953 with Arthur Franz in “Rainbow ‘Round My Shoulder” along with an unnamed cartoon and an unnamed comedy.
It was closed on July 27, 1967 with Walt Disney’s double feature of “The Shaggy Dog” and “The Absent-Minded Professor” when its 70x90ft screen and marquee sign were destroyed in a windstorm. Commonwealth Theatres, its last operator, replied that it may rebuild the theater, but it never happened. Scheduled showings of “In Like Flint”, “Ride The High Wind”, and “Hombre” were also canceled.
A slightly closer address is 506 Union Rd, Herington, KS.
Google Maps has updated their addresses and this puts it right on the property.
