The Sierra Family Drive-In was opened in 1957. From the newspaper advertisements in 1958, the Sierra Family Drive-In claimed to have the biggest screen in AZ.
The theater also had in-car-heaters for the winter months. The Sierra Family Drive-In was still open in January 1961.
