Located in rural Washington State with other theatres miles away the Warden Theatre was the only place to catch the latest John Wayne western.
John Lee was the owner, building supplies and material purchaser. James L. Bonholzer was the booker and General Manager. The Warden Theatre was a Columbia Basin Theatre a regional circuit with eleven screens. Columbia Basin Theatres home office was in Ephrata, Washington.
